I prefer to use these types of handles for pushdowns and for row and pulldown variations. I believe you can target the muscle better, and get higher quality contractions. Give these a shot!
This is a great way to add a little tension in the contracted part of them movement. Give these a shot! I prefer kettlebells on these because the hand position allows your lats to open up more.
