Neufit Crazy Electro Arm Pump Workout
by John Meadows on October 15, 2018This was a crazy workout we did in Las Vegas. We had the guys at Neufit take me through a arm workout and let me tell you the pump was unreal. This might not seem like a lot of sets but let me tell you it was insane. The crazy thing was for the next hour or two after this workout my arms just kept getting more and more pumped.
