In a recent post in the Mountain Dog Facebook group, I made a mention of protein fluff and the response was quite surprising.
It seems like there are still people who don’t have protein fluff in their lives, and this makes me sad.

This recipe is just one of many, many wonderful and delicious ways you can make protein fluff. The process is so simple but the results are incredible;
mix any frozen fruit with any whey protein powder and a dash of water and you’ve got your very own, MASSIVE bowl of high protein, low fat fluff.

For anyone who is doing a contest prep right now and needs a ridiculously filling, low calorie, low fat meal – this will change your life.

Ingredients: Fluff
1 medium apple, diced and frozen (unpeeled)
1/2 serve PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 serve Quest vanilla whey protein (use any you like however note that it will change the macro content)
Dash of water

Ingredients: Chocolate and peanut butter swirls
1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
Stevia to taste
Cinnamon to garnish
1 serve PB2 powdered peanut butter

Method:
Place all fluff ingredients in a blender and process until mixture has quadrupled in size.

Melt the coconut oil and mix with the stevia and cacao. Pour over the cold fluff and the chocolate will set.
Mix the PB2 with stevia and enough water to make a thick sauce, pour over the chocolate and the fluff and stir lightly to create swirls.

Garnish with cinnamon.
